In-App Feedback (Preferred)
The fastest way to reach us is from inside CognaSIM:
- Feedback button — available on every Help page and in the Sim Director sidebar. Submissions go directly to our support queue along with the relevant session logs and version information, so we can reproduce issues faster and respond with less back-and-forth.
If you're already signed in, this is the channel we recommend.
If you don't have access to the app — or your issue is about sign-in or account access — email us at support@cognasim.com.
This inbox is monitored by our team during business hours, Eastern Time. We aim to acknowledge new requests within one to two business days.
What to Include
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:
- A clear description of what you were trying to do
- What happened, and what you expected to happen
- The CognaSIM version you're running (Account → About)
- Any error messages or screenshots
- The approximate time the issue occurred
